Following the passing of Patricia B Smith on 5 January 2025, Young & Caulfield is honoured to assist in the seamless winding up of her legal practice. As a close friend and colleague of Patricia’s, Carol Caulfield has taken on the custodianship of the deeds previously held by Patricia’s firm, ensuring continuity and care for her clients.

Carol, a highly experienced general practice Solicitor and Patricia’s university peer, will oversee the secure holding of these deeds at Young & Caulfield’s Browns Bay office.  For ease, meetings can also be arranged in the city by prior arrangement. Clients are welcome to contact Carol or her team with any queries or instructions regarding their deeds or ongoing legal matters.
